Rulada cu Crema de Capsuni




                                                Strawberry cream roll


Ingrediente

6 oua
un praf de sare
130 gr zahar
coaja de lamaie rasa
150 gr faina

6 eggs 130g sugar 150g flour one lemon zest a pinch of salt

Crema

250 gr capsuni curatate de codite
2 pachete de zahar vanilat
50 gr zahar
500 ml frisca lichida
2 pachete intaritor de frisca

250g strawberries 2 packs vanilla sugar 50g sugar 500ml cream (liquid whipping cream) 2packs cream hardener

Se separa albusurile de galbenusuri.
Albusurile se bat spuma cu praful de sare.
Galbenusurile se mixeaza spuma cu zaharul cca 3-4 min,adaugam coaja de lamaie.
Se incorporeaza albusurile peste crema de galbenus,adaugam cate 2 linguri de faina cernuta si amestecam usor cu lingura de jos in sus.

Separate the egg yolks. Beat the whites with the salt until stiff. Mix the yolks and the sugar for about 4 minutes, add the lemon zest. Then, mix together the yolks and whites, add 2 tablespoons of flour and stir gently.


Se pune o foaie de copt in tava de aragaz si turnam aluatul,nivelam.
Tava se baga in cuptorul incalzit la 200 C pentru cca 12 min.
Blatul se scoate pe un prosop de bucatarie pe care am preserat o lingura de zahar,indepartam foaia de copt si rulam.
Intr-un blender adaugam capsunile taiate in doua cu zaharul si zaharul vanilat si facem un piure.
Piureul de capsuni se adauga apoi peste frisca batuta cu intaritorul de frisca.
Peste blatul racit,se adauga 2/3 din crema si se ruleaza.
Cu restul de crema decoram rulada
Se lasa in frigider cca 1 ora. inainte de servire.

Preheat the oven at 200°C. Put a sheet of parchment paper in a baking tray, spread the batter onto the tray and smooth with a spatula. Put it in the oven for about 12 minutes, until the top springs back when pressed gently. After it baked, remove it from the oven, let it cool in the tray for a minute or two, then loosen the edges with a knife. Turn out onto a tea towel lightly sprinkled with sugar, roll up loosely and let cool completely.
Put the halved strawberries in a blender along with the vanilla sugar and blend it until it became a puree. In a bowl, stir the puree with the hardened whipped cream. We fill the roll with ⅔ of the resulting cream and decorate it with the rest. Put it in the cooler for an hour before serving it. Enjoy!
